Refund policy

At Tonya's Daughter Urban Apparel, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Because each piece is designed and created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at letitbsigned@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
